❓ What does Notelux do?
Notelux transforms lectures, PDFs, images, and YouTube videos into organized study notes, flashcards, and quizzes using AI.
❓ Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, protected by Row Level Security, and you can delete everything at any time. AI processing requires your explicit consent.
❓ What's included in the free version?
3 AI note generations per day, 5 minutes of voice transcription, 3 AI chat messages, unlimited flashcard & quiz study, and OCR/PDF reading.
❓ What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited AI generations, unlimited transcription, unlimited chat, note translation (11 languages), and PDF export.
❓ How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Notelux → Cancel Subscription.
❓ How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
❓ Which languages are supported?
Notelux supports voice transcription in 17 languages: English (US, UK, AU), French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Turkish, Russian, and Arabic.
❓ Does it work offline?
Yes, for reading cached notes, studying flashcards, and taking quizzes. Creating new notes requires an internet connection for AI processing.
